On the Kasjuni beach, there is a cafe with public toilets, but there are no shops on kiosks anywhere near. If you plan to spend the day on Kasjuni beach, make sure you bring your own food. The beach cafe is nice, and you can always escape the sun and enjoy a drink there.
Kastelet beach is located on a cove between the city center and Kasjuni beach. It’s a sand beach with tiny pebbles, so you don’t need anything accept your towel to enjoy your stay.
There are a few cafes along the beach, and a snack bar. Definitely a must see while you stay in Split. But Split is not only all about sea and beaches. You can marvel in its historical heritage, too, for example.
